Heavenly Acceleration | January Blog

| The Crowning Jewels
In the month of January, God is doing  a deep inner work in people. He is pulling out deep roots of pain, rejection, fear, and pride. He is healing areas that have kept you trapped in bondage for years. He is giving you a sound mind, rooted in truth. He is providing miraculous multiplication and He is setting people free from the bondage of debt. Lean into healing, take bold steps of faith, and allow His love to lead you into freedom and newness.

 Pulling Out the Roots

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
2 Timothy 1.7

Have you found yourself facing the same kind of struggle over and over again? Different situations, but elements feel similar keep popping up. Perhaps it’s the same painful relationship dynamic or a consistent money struggle or debt that never disappears. Or maybe you always find yourself overcommitted and burnt out

Many times, when there’s a consistent issue in our life or a problem that keeps recurring over and over again, it’s connected to a hidden root belief or spiritual agreement. This spiritual agreement or belief gives this issue permission to keep popping up. For example, perhaps your subconscious belief/spiritual agreement is this: “Money is always a struggle, I never have enough.” Then, anytime you make extra money, you feel the need to impulsively spend it all. Then, you’re suddenly in the same position: not having enough. This helps your brain validate your belief: “I never have enough.” As long as you keep agreeing with this belief system, it will stay and continue to run the show. Just like weeds in the garden–unless you pull out your belief systems by their roots, the negative cycles will keep returning, no matter how many times you attempt to stop them.

Right now, God is doing a deep heart work. He is pulling out deep roots that have been keeping you bound in fear, pain, lack, or loneliness. He is bringing healing to areas where you have felt stuck for a long time. And He is inviting you to go on the inner healing journey of going after deep heart roots. This is an intentional journey of evaluating your beliefs and bringing them to the Lord and REPLACING them with the truth. Repent of the old way of thinking (repent simply means to change your mind). It typically takes at least 21 days to replace habits and belief systems and 60 days to really get new beliefs ingrained in you. So don’t give up just because the process of replacing lies with truth takes time. Persist in declaring the TRUTH of what God says over you and your situation over your life.

Keeping Short Accounts
Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. On the contrary: “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
Romans 12.19-21

The holidays can bring up a lot of pain, resentment, and family trauma. Leaving the holidays and heading into the new year can mean you’re feeling the weight of the holiday “stuff,” instead of the refreshing joy you were hoping for. However, as you head into January, it’s important to let go of what has happened in the past and keep short accounts. Unforgiveness is one of the most debilitating things you can experience and it causes more damage to you, than to those who have wronged you.

A while ago, I experienced a robbery at one of my rental properties. The thieves were caught and charged. At one point, I had a conversation with the probation officer asking if I wanted restitution, to which I responded “no.” It wasn’t important to me and it would take up more emotional energy to hold onto the sense of bitterness/resentment than it would to simply release and let go. And truly, I trust that God can repay me for what was stolen.

Likewise, God can and will repay you for what was stolen–whether physical or emotional or relational. But in order for God to fight for you, you need to stop attempting to fight for yourself. When you are attempting to hold people responsible for their wrongs, you are stepping in the way of God. Rather, forgive and let go. Forgive and move on. Set yourself free from the pain of holding on to bitterness or resentment. Release and be free.

Heavenly Multiplication
She went and told the man of God, and he said, “Go, sell the oil and pay your debts. You and your sons can live on what is left."
2 Kings 4:7

In 2 Kings 4, the prophet Elisha had an encounter with a widow. She was the widow of one of the prophets who likely had trained under Elisha. She was facing extreme debt and poverty. Her situation was so bad that her creditors threatened to sell her children into slavery. Now, this is a woman who had been faithful to God–her husband, even, was a prophet. And yet she faced a horrific situation. Unless she experienced a miracle, she was going to lose everything, including her two children, due to debt.

Elisha asked her, “what do you have in the house?” And she said, “your servant has nothing in the house except a jar of oil.” Elisha instructed her to borrow vessels from all her neighbors–as many as she could–and to go home and pour the oil she had into the vessels. When she did, the oil multiplied and kept multiplying until she had filled all the vessels she gathered. When she ran out of jars, the oil stopped. Because of this, she was able to sell the oil in order to pay off her debt and save her family.

If you’re in a situation where you’re facing the weight of debt or a dire financial situation, God is releasing miraculous solutions. He is setting people free from the weight of poverty and debt. Come out from under the weight of your circumstance and ask God for His solutions for you. What do you already have? What’s currently in your world that you could sell, multiply, or increase? Along with miraculous solutions, God is releasing entrepreneurial insight. The widow used what she had and God multiplied it. Likewise, there is a divine partnership happening where God will bless the work of your hands. Ask Him for what faith looks like for you. Faith is accompanied by action. Is he asking you to start a business? Teach a course? Sell the clothes in your closet?

The Crowning Jewels got started because I needed to make some extra income and has turned into a ministry that has blessed thousands of women. Ask God for how you can partner with him. Because there are miracles available to you. Don’t be afraid to let others into your process or ask for help (the widow asked for jars from her neighbors). Bring what you have to God and ask Him to multiply it.

Knowing Your Identity Brings Humility
When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.
Proverbs 11:2

The  roots of pride and fear have kept people trapped and in bondage for far too long. The sneaky thing about these roots is that they’re often subtle. Fear and pride go hand in hand and can look like rigidity, not being open to feedback, the fear of being exposed or seen for who you truly are, fear of being wrong/unwillingness to be seen as being wrong, or the need to always do things alone.

Pride is often connected to fear and insecurity. But right now, God is setting people free from the roots of pride, the need to go it alone, and the fear of being fully known. He is lavishing His love upon people that they may experience the joy that comes from humility and surrender. If you’re afraid of getting things wrong or scared of letting people in to fully see you as you are, there’s an invitation to allow yourself to be fully known.

God is showing people who they truly are in Him and there’s grace for this revelation. Ask the Lord how he sees you and what He says about you. Create declarations connected to the TRUTH of who God calls you. Ask the Lord how he sees you and what He says about you and create declarations connected to the TRUTH of who God calls you.

At The Crowning Jewels, it's our desire and our mission to bring encouragement, to build others up, and to bring comfort to people’s lives (1 Corinthians 14.3). Each month, our Anne Jackson and Katelyn Alexander ask the Lord what He’s doing in the coming month and for any words of encouragement He might have for His people. We believe that prophetic words need to be encouraging and edifying. Moreover, with a corporate prophetic word, not all words are applicable to all people. If our words bless you, please take hold of them and apply them in your own life. If it’s not specific to you, please pass it on to someone else who might be blessed.

As always, the prophetic is a free gift from heaven and will always be something we freely share. As a prophetic business, it’s our mission to bring encouragement and edification to people through the free gift of prophecy, with our product being jewelry.

We at The Crowning Jewels believe in the absolute, transformational power of declarations. We know that truth comes by hearing (Romans 10.17), and speaking truth is an active way for us to renew our minds (Romans 12.2). We invite you to partner with what God is doing and say these declarations for the remainder of the month. We would love to hear what God does! Please email us your testimony at hello@thecrowningjewels.com.
