Shipping & Processing 

Production Time:
Each piece is made to order and typically ships within 10–15 business days. 
Personalized items may require the full production window.

Shipping Methods:
Orders ship via USPS.

Tracking & Delivery:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If a package is delayed or still in transit, we recommend contacting your local USPS office for the most up-to-date details.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please submit a USPS missing mail request and reach out to us at hello@thecrowningjewels.com --we’re happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges:

All non-subscription pieces are eligible for returns or exchanges. Subscription pieces are final sale due to their limited-edition nature and significant discount.

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from ship date with the original receipt or order number. Items without a receipt/order number are eligible for exchange. 

Repairs:

Defective or damaged merchandise may qualify for complimentary repairs up to 60 days from the purchase date.
