When am I billed?
All members are billed on the 1st of each month, on a fixed schedule, not a rolling 30-day charge.
What if I sign up in the middle of the month?
Sign up on or before the 25th and you’ll receive that month’s shipment, billed again on the following 1st. Sign up after the 25th and your subscription begins with the next billing cycle, so no immediate charge or shipment goes out.
Can I choose what metal I receive?
Yes. You’ll choose Gold, Silver, or Surprise Me once at signup, and that preference is applied to every future shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generated on the 1st and ship within 7 days.
Is this the same as my old Crowned Collective subscription?
This is a fresh start under a simplified model. Previous subscriptions were paused and are not automatically reactivated, you’ll re-subscribe here to join the new program.
